Eeneman delivered a Demand-response pilot on city outdoor lighting in Viinikka area. Demand-respond service implemented was Frequency Containment Reserve Normal (FCR-N), where controllable loads we controlled to balance the frequency in national grid. Customer decides the level of flexibility and receives a compenstation. Service was delivered in co-operation with Capelon AB, Väre Energy and E2M GmbH.
